About Me


Hello! My name is Tami Dahl, and I'm a conversational curator. That means for over past 15 years I have been lucky enough to work with people to help them figure out how to get out of their own way. 
 
I design, deliver, and evaluate professional development and career exploration programs at Emory University and at a number of different universities and organizations. Working at the Goizueta Business School, I coach Executive and Evening MBA students. Prior to this role, I ran a joint Emory and Georgia Institute of Technology program for 5 years working with PhD Trainees, Scientists, Engineers, and Staff (funded by the National Institutes of Health, Broadening Experiences in Scientific Training). Some certifications I have include: Certified Professional Coach, Group Facilitator, Birkman Consultant -- and most recently in 2019 I got certified as a Designing Your Life Coach. In 2018 I was recognized as an Emerging Leader of the Year by GeorgiaBio for the impact of my Life Sciences professional development initiatives in Georgia.

With all my students and teams, I work to guide people through improving their Self-Awareness and build steps towards strengthening their Self-Leadership skills.
